Our Pricing
At Curo Pediatrics, we’re transparent with all of our patient interactions, including pricing. That’s why we list our membership fees upfront. This gives you more information beforehand so that an initial phone call is centered on care and not cost.
- first newborn visit at home (within 10 miles of clinic) and well child exams at 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, and 9 months
- weight checks and breastfeeding medicine consultations with Dr Fauntleroy
- age appropriate developmental assessments
- sick visits in office or virtual
- well child visits at 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months and yearly for 3 years and up
- age appropriate developmental assessments
- management of chronic childhood illnesses such as asthma and eczema and specialist coordination when needed
- sick visits in office and virtual
- hemoglobin check at 12 months and 2 years
- yearly well child visits, school physicals and forms, sports physicals (without EKG) and mental health screening
- ADHD evaluation and treatment as well as management of chronic childhood illnesses such as asthma and eczema and specialist coordination when needed
- sick visits in-office and virtual
- $25/child for each child over 3 children
- Maximum: $250/family
- siblings birth-18 years old

- $40/month for on-going ADHD management
- Includes all office visits, review of laboratory evaluation, nutrition plan, behavioral/lifestyle intervention strategies, and medication management
- Telehealth visits available
- Includes medical assessment of infant and mother, feeding evaluation, weighted feed, pumping assessment, ordering/review of pertinent lab work, medication/supplement management
- Virtual support via text for 2 weeks after the visit
- Follow up Visits: $100

Additional Services:
- 4th Trimester Packages: $850 (Prenatal consult in office, newborn visit, 2 week visit, and 6 week visit in home, virtual access for any issues between visits)
- Non-members can be seen for sick visits (if time available) for $100 per visit plus cost of tests and/or procedures
- In-home visits available for an additional fee
